Fading...

in the pit of your stomach
that ache, of guilt
pain of what happened, but powerless to stop it
there is nothing you can do
but sit there, take the punishment
but there is onething they cant take
thats your pride
live up to your words
dont give up
even if you must die for your "sins,"
dont die in vain
hold your head up high
even if you're alone, others will follow
soon the masses will form....they will carry on
just slowly fade....until another leader steps up |
