Why do we breathe? For a life like this?
A mistake like this? What else do we have to lose?
Point your fears in the wrong direction just to get away,
Your safe for now, your safe for just today.
A painted sky of bleeding red,
Not the same red that I bled.
Heart attacks break lose on my chest,
Feeding the pressure, I feel my lungs are next.
I look over at the blade,
Then I look away.
I look over at the broken glass,
I smile as my reflections cracks.
Pick up a peice and make a path,
A red line follows soon after that.
The rush goes to my head,
Feeling faint, I drop again. |
