» Poem: Mirror
Mirror
written by seksiebeest
10:30 PM 1/26/05
with the sharp edge
of a mirror's piece
I cut my skin
it goes in so easily

only when it bleeds
is when I start to care
the cut itself
I cannot bare

It hurts to cut myself
as much as you've hurt me
you cheated on me, twice
and you did it so happily

Give me ten reasons
why I shouldn't die
give me a good reason
and maybe then I'll abide

But until then
this mirror is my friend
until you accept me for me
the cutting will not end
