Tear Stained Eyes

for every tear cryed
all I feel is pain
suffering and restrained
no longer able to keep it inside
or ignore it, toss it aside
my feelings are becoming known
because of all the tear Ive shown
secrets that have left me shamed
are becoming discovered, Im emotionally maimed
I cannot keep them , I have tried
this is why I have cried |
