» Poem: Who am I?
Who am I?
written by wiltedrose
03:27 AM 1/27/05
Time and time again
I look at myself and ask
"Who is this girl?"
But no one answers

I look down at my hands
I see not mine
but the ones of a stranger
I plea for answers, but none are given

Every word I speak
Are like lines spoken from a book
I speak and ask whose lines they are
But not a word is spoken

This girl, whose broken your heart
She can't be me, please let it not be me
But no one answers my call
No one at all
