she wakes up every morning, fakes the smile on her face. she hides the hurt behind her eyes, and puts cheer in its place. her home is not a haven, but a suffocating tomb, her life it tells the story of plain and simple gloom. her daddy called upon her, when her mommy wasn't there. stripping her of innosence and throwing on a chair. untill the night she ran away, and turned to the bitter street, selling her young body, to filthy men, just to eat. once afraid of where she'd wake, in which man's bed she would share. now she's been there oh so many times, she forgets to care. she knows she's on the road to ruins, and may never be coming back, but oh how badly does she want to turn around, clean up her life, and get back on track. she sees girls the same age as her, 18 and still in school. she looks at her sad pathetic life, and feels like such a fool. she never had a childhood, she grew up far to fast. quickley dying every second, she is haunted by her past. realizing just in time, this life is not her fate, she can make things better, she shall no longer wait. leaving all of this shit behind, she moves far away, to a foriegn city, to see a better day. |
