Journey with the Wolf
written by DarkWing_Unicorn08:24 AM 1/29/05The trees slowly moved to the wind's blow,
Shaking,dancing and dropping down the snow;
The air seemd to be freezing
In this icy sanctuary revealing
A rare sunshine.
The snow shined in orange light
My devils of dispair might
Had ran away from this phenomen;
Like a sweet panacea
It entered the outside and the inside worlds.
Close to the Forest there was a thin river,
Like a shy lady,hidden from every wanderer;
It's waters poured in a slow rythm.
Never complaining just living,moving
In a endless circle of existance.
Everywhere the snow was pure white,
Like an innocent soul,like
Heaven's doors;an unforgetabble blessing,
A place for the forgotten being,
Those who turn themselves out of certain worlds.
What world?What reality?
There was no clarity
Within it;darkening the sun and denying the truth,
That was all a dream now
An almost endless nightmare.
Now,the forest is calling,
The tired trees are awakening;
The sun shines into this blessed oasis,in these frozen netherlands;
A true refuge in our wonderlands
Connected to our resurrection.
Maybe a newbirth,
Or just a simple rebirth;
The spirits here reclaimed their beliefs
They found their ways back to themselves,
Back to the beginning.
But where are we now?
This I do not know...
The past is darkening behind me,
Fading away into shadows from me;
Remaining a mirage.
The future is in front of me
Shining before me;
The present is questionable...
For we can't remember what could be reasonable
To stay or to go on?
My child of the Sun
Where are we standing now?
On a never-been land,
A shattered wonderland,
Or a frozen forest?
As I stood there
I saw two shining lights close,
They came closer...
Howling into the cold heavens
Looking at me and the others.
A wolf in all it's wild beauty,
Revealing a true sympathy,a rare courtesy
Bowing before us;then it looked into our eyes,
Suddenly it turned around,but it did look back
For us to follow him.
And so the wolf walked to the Sun
Taking us to a splendour,a blue miracle
The oldest of all,to an ancient oracle,
Our inner selves. |

I LOVE how you write! I love your descriptions of the world. (I can't spell!!) Wolves are my favorite animals, It's great how you portray the word in your writing. I loved it, don't listen to what other people think |
