Left Behind

never thinking of who else it hurts
they figure that they will be better off this way
easier to live another day
it never was for me
i was simply left to be
from one house to the next
never having a home
being completely and utterly alone
fighting with myself in my mind
wishing i could go back i time
pinning it all on something i must have done
why else would they have chosen to run?
i know they will never be back together again
and this has torn me apart from within |
