» Poem: Love of the Damned
Love of the Damned
written by Misery

In the silence of the Night I walk
there in the streets I look for my pray
and then I came upon you

you bump into me, and we have a small talk
it's so sad that today is your final day
I wonder why you're still here for you know what is going to happen, so I don't know what you
have in mind to do

I've watched you in the streets many times before and I knew you even wait at night
we walk the streets together in momentary silence, before you begin to start another story
you have caught my interest, so it will be hard to let you go

I could tell you always wanted to catch a glimpse of my life
in your eyes there is always pride, and a bit of glory
you drag your hand along a fence, which cuts your hand, and releases the blood flow

We're away from all the crowds, the stores, the people, and we came close to my home
you seem to have a sad, and tormented life
and every Night I know you walk the streets in the dark searching for me

You know what's going to happen, and you don't fear it, yet you say let me be with you, then
we'll never be alone
we'll share a damned life in the darkness of the night
but I'm not sure if this is what you truly want to be

I think I should let you go
you turn away, and look into the far away Night
and then into the I slip away

for I can not ignore anymore the blood flow
the blood, the night, and you truly makes a beautiful sight
and I leave you alone, and I guess today wasn't your final day...
