reasons to wait

you feel it is a fact
you live your life
never looking back
the anger inside you dwells
the twisting agony is a living hell
you pray for your life to end
for your ashes to be taken with the wind
sometimes you wonder why you wait
you can decide your own fate
end it now and let the pain be swept away
or stay alive to face another day
there are reasons you know that keep you here
these reasons you hold very dear
you are scared of what awaits you
tha silent pain that drips through
eternal suffering you will know
if down this path you continue to go
people say you will hurt them if you leave
so they constantly beg and plead
the pain you know you would bring
is just enough to make you cling |
