I'm one big act

My eyes drawn to anything in a skirt
I lie and I cheat, and I play
I make it so I get everything my way
I manipulate, bring people down
Stand here in my fake crown
I'm one big act
And that’s a fact! And that’s a fact!
I play cause I’m scared of the pain
It burns my face like acid rain
I've been hurt so many times
Now I hide in rhyme
I wish I could be, the way you see
But in the end I’m not free
I'm held by pain and fear
I get through year by year
I'm not who I seem
My eyes start to stream
And that’s a fact! And that’s a fact! |
