» Poem: Shoe Box
Shoe Box
written by elfish88
09:28 PM 2/2/05
Once again these memories,
Have become whispers in the wind,
To place inside my shoe box,
Of shattered memories,
And store in the dank darkness,
of this crowded subconscious.

Soon they will become tattered,
And disappear forever.
But until that day,
They remain,
Timeless pieces of the world,
Preserved in tight cardboard walls.
