The Rope Of Hope I Lingered On...
written by TAINTEDSOULisBACK

All I have to say,
is nothing you want to hear.
But those days are gone,
I don't even try to speak,
the rope of hope
I lingered on
has broke
and the chair's beneath my feet.
I grew up a little bit
and my senses broke my fall.
I wonder in to weariness
and in to my heart I start to crawl.
Warm like spring, with a tinge of a chill,
my soul sits waiting for you to climb the hill.
I want you to be with me,
I guess I'll just have to wait
until it's meant to be.
