Alone

She wished he could fly away but she had no wings
She couldn’t wait until she couldn’t be set free
She felt like her life was like a fee
Her soul was trapped with no place to go
Her expectations of herself were low
She wished that there was a way for this torture to end
She wished that she had just one friend
She had bruises and scars
Where she was hit with bars
Se escaped this cruelty to live with the other kids who were the same
they all let go of their shame
She would no longer have to worry
or have any fury
She had escaped and gotten away
In her grave is where she would lay
She wanted people not to be sad
because look at her now look at what she had
She had friends and ones who cared
and pasts that everyone shared
She was free in the sky
now she can fly |
