People Arent Pretty Either

pail skin on a bruised heart
i cant believe im threading apart
tired eyes and frizzy hair
guilt stretched on from here to there
Ego shot up to the sky
Self esteem drug down by lies
Pride has bailed, selfworth is lost
Finding love at any cost
Crooked smiles and whiny voices
stupid laughs and dumb rejoices
Worthless thoughts screaming out
Cluttered with angst and a body count
Clogged pores and brittle nails
Knowing all my answers fail
Youre not perfect... well, me neither
People arent pretty either. |
