To a Great Mom On Earth

Here's a little story it's sad but true
About a young man that you all knew
He had a few troubles, laughs and pains
He comes from a small town that still remains
He left all he had to pay a debt in the south city
Where life is fast and not so pretty
He's encountered hard times but endured and remains
He laughs at the past, it eases his brains
He goes to the Lord the source of his well
It inspires his life a story to tell
It's medicine for pain and hope for the heart
Time alone with God to be set apart
He's had a few troubles, hurt and pain
But he has a great mother, much to his gain |
