Pain is nothing....

Instead of dripping blood
I'm not going to apologize
For what I've said or done
The pain I'm feeling is still there
You may have made it worse
Instead I think it may be that
I have an eternal curse
I can't seem to fix myself
I can't seem to be correct
No matter how hard you try
You never get anything back
I just want to let it out
And feel relieved and smile
But I don't think I will be able
To do that for a while
I just want to be free
And not ever have to care
I want to not have feelings
Or emotions stuck there
I just want to be numb
To all of the things that hurt
You'd think friendship matters
It hurts worse than it's worth
Pain is nothing compared to loss |
