» Poem: TRUE LOVE
TRUE LOVE
written by teejavus
10:50 AM 2/10/05
The café that I was sitting in,
I saw a pretty dame coming in.
Her face, as white as snow,
With hair, as black as a crow.

I noticed what she was wearing,
The jeans, the shirt, and her earring,
I wanted to know her address and name
But was afraid to ask the name.

Next day to the park I went,
I saw a girl sitting on a bench.
It was her; it was the girl,
Whom I had seen in the cafe.

As I saw her, sitting,
I felt my heart, stopped beating.
I reached there and asked her name,
She replied, it was Jane.

In my dreams still her I sight,
And wonder again when I might.
Meet the one, who's as beautiful as a dove,
Was truly my "First Love'.
