» Poem: Second Love
Second Love
written by Lady Deathstrike
07:32 PM 2/10/05
He was the heartstopping hero
the first breath of winter
the pale summer sky
the healer of my wounds
the shining knight I so diserved
He made me want to smile
and sigh
and love again
He never was wrong
But I was never right
the last puzzle piece didn't fit
silent tears
mutted screams
for him
for me
for what wasn't meant to be.
