» Poem: Third Love
Third Love
written by Lady Deathstrike
07:34 PM 2/10/05
He was the much needed savior
the comforting songbird
the soaring eagle
the shy character in the background
the other face in the cround
He made me want to cry
and run
and hide
He was all I needed
But couldn't have
Let him slide right through my fingers
Too afraid to hold on
Too lost
I couldn't comprehend
Terrified of the consequences
I didn't even try
