» Poem: Stand alone
Stand alone
written by Bloodfilledcinnabuns

Colors turn to black and white
Pleasure turns to pain
A smile turns into tears
And here I stand alone

A day with a person you thought you could trust
Turned to blood and tears
Belief then turns to grief
And I still stand alone

A day with my family
Turns to angry yelling
My day with the boyfriend, just turned into painful bruises
And once again I stand alone

My clean undamaged skin
Turns to cuts and blood
A first day somewhere new, faults in getting lost
And in the end I stand alone
