Took your suitcases, but not me
Although you would've liked to stay
You knew you had no choice
Only two weeks you'll be gone
But I cannot stop the tears that come
I'll miss your touch and your kiss
I'll miss your smile and our childish games
I hate that you won't be here on Valentine's Day
And the fact that I can't see you
I hate that I can't resort to a knife
And how depressed I feel
You're out of my sight, but not out of my mind
You've taken your cigarettes, but left your heart
So I'll be sitting here waiting for you
To come back and unpack your suitcases
And I'm looking forward to your kiss on my forehead
And the warmth of your arms around me
Because that's the best feeling in the world |
