» Poem: I am the Raven |
I am the Raven
written by Blackhawk01:16 AM 2/12/05I am the Raven and there's darkness around me.
I bring all to man what they cannot see.
I am the Raven and there's blood on my feathers.
Forcasting with malice all crimes and bad weather.
I am the Raven and there's a cathedral that I bind.
The soul and body of all mankind.
I am the Raven and I sow your ill fortunes.
Watching your world fall out from beneath you.
I am the Raven and I wish you ill tidings.
I wish you bad fortune of all who see me and deny.
The pure grace and freedom I feel when I fly. |

This is a dedication to my ever living passion, prophecy. Raven's are the most prophetic of bird's know to all. Do not deny the doomed presence of this messanger. [ View Blackhawk's Profile ] [ Go to the Poetry Portal ] This Poem has been viewed 151 times
