when all other lights go out

there is one candle light that still burns
and that is my love for you
you ease my pain
as it melts away by the sound of your heart beating freely
I can still feel you breathing
until we are together
you are what keeps me alive
when all the lights go out
I can feel your love burning for me inside
I can feel the burn make my soul mourn when you’re not here
but when you are
you are my painkiller
you can still feel me breathing
you are the air I breath
because I know for a fact that you love me
when all other lights go out
our love burns through out the heavy tearing skies
you are my motivation
you take my pain away
I touch this flame and not be burned
but I feel the your passion
when we sleep we turn out off the light
but our love still burns
when all other lights go out. . . |
