» Poem: Sway
Sway
written by Trapezium

Watch the waves crash against the rocks,
And set your mind at ease,
Listen to the sound of the wind,
Whispering and howling through the swaying trees.

Hold yourself,
Comforting words from the depths if your mind,
'It will be alright in time'.

Realise you never had the time.

The wind slows and the trees still,
The waves pause like a broken video,
Softly whispering.

Time, time.
Rock back and forth,
Lean closer.
Wipe your eyes, for true happiness awaits.

The wind starts again,
And the waves crash ever harder.
Feel yourself - sailing through the wand,
Floating down to heaven's clouds,
Falling forever.
