Touch my Tears
written by boom_boom1311:52 PM 2/13/05Hugging a pillow, I try to get you out of my head.
But I start thinking of you instead.
Your soul and heart burns inside me,
And it makes me oblivious to the things I see.
I can feel you touch my tears while I sleep,
And I can feel you hug me as I weep.
Even though I miss you very much,
I can't stop thinking about your touch.
Late at night, when the moon shines bright,
I think of you and my life starts to light,
But when you touch my tears,
I start to feel everything I felt in the past few years.
And right now I'm hugging a pillow to get you out of my head,
But I keep writing and thinking about you instead.
And I can feel you touch my tears while I weep,
And I know that you put them in a glass bottle to keep. |
