Along the way
written by Trapezium09:28 PM 2/14/05I shut the door, and sink
Down to the floor -
Head in hands, headed for
Calmer lands.
But stuck, along the way.
The familair sight haunts me,
The rememberance of the addiction -
The urge.
Transfixed by the memories
The sight of blood
The sight of blood.
Trickling down my arms.
I needed it so bad, I just don't know
What I was doing.
But I don't panic.
The blood flows freely onto -
The crimson-stained towel.
Relaxed by the endorphins,
Euphoria caused by pain.
The oddest couples go together,
The blade and the boy
Stopped for a treat
Along the way. |
