Girls Have No Clue.

Why do you think you’re the only ones with emotions?
When boys have done their share of crying too
Don’t tell me I’m too scared to show emotion
When you know if I was to cry you would just laugh in my face
Don’t say I don’t care
Have you even seen those scars on my wrists?
Do you know why they’re there?
Or do you even fucking care
Oh, I’m sorry
Now it seems I’m just too emotional for you
Weren’t you the one who told me to ‘show my emotions’
I think I just did
Now you’re out of my life
But I’m not going to take out that knife
I’m not even going to cry
You’ve made me scared of my own emotion
But you’ll never know
Girls have no clue
Just how much pain a boy can go through. |

| This is a good poem,reminds me of Boys Don't Cry by The Cure,similar theme.
Don't worry about being an angsty teenager,i think most poets are...most of mine are angsty...:D
Im feeling that the voic eof the poem is yourself and i feel sorry that youv'e met someone who doesn't understand....but not all girls are like that :) |
