Just another Love Poem

Yet this experience feels brand new,
I could write vast scores of love poems
From this chipped pencil,
Or tell the world how your name is stencilled
Across my heart
Paint the picture of a perfect dream
But this is better because it’s real,
And only this love can make me feel
Such emotions,
Nothing hurts like a lover’s knife
But nothings better than making things right
Three pages of scribbled paper, wasted
To repeat an age old re-run clique
Just another love poem, from another in love
Dedicating one more, to whom there thinking off
Thought up watching others play upon a screen
Wishing you were lying here next to me.
Looking at the sky, at a full bright moon
Hoping that we’ll be together soon
Rhyming couplets like a Shakespearean play,
Don’t tell the world what im trying to convey
Love isn’t poetry, has no rhyming pattern
As there are no rules or certain things to happen
Those overused three words,just don't say enough
because words don't discribe,how much im in love. |

| Wasn't sure about posting it to be honest,i thought i was quite crap,im not much of a "love poem" writer,this came into my head after watching a film and wondering how to tell my bf how much i love him..soppy really. |
