Don't Hate Me
written by nicole_lyndon07:34 AM 2/16/05I lied and deceived 'cause I was told I couldn't leave
How unfair that was to you
I should have showered you with truth
Now there's no turning back, my actions make me feel so bad
I feel somehow I lack a thoughtful heart that I once had
You've been overcome with lies from me
Which so explains your supremacy
My request is seen inevitably
Try your hardest not to hate me
Although you are who I honor, I was wicked and dishonest
Over me he has control, punishment exceeds "to scold"
I have lived through days, through nights
Of several blows to my cabeza
I'd like to take a sheet of my life and omit with an eraser
Released is the tie that binds I and thee
Betrayed is the trust you put in me
If never again each other we see
I beg of you, don't hate me |
