» Poem: Faith Defied
Faith Defied
written by DarkeningBeauty

Holding and owning the unfinished dreams,
Calling and bawling the words you said to me,
Can't hold it forever, I need to break it through,

My faith defied,
My loving died,
Need to break free,
You're stopping me.

Dreaming and screaming the truth that don't exsist,
Falling and crawling through the fire and mist,
Can't live it forever, I need live or bleed,

My faith defied,
My loving died,
Need to break free,
You're stopping me.

Walking past statues, never make a chip,
Staring at your window, never come to your door,
Living through the lies that brought you to me and so,
I'm bleached in your temptation,
Set me free-e,
Oh, and love me-e-e,
Oh,

My faith defied,
My loving died,
Need to break free,
You're stopping me.
