Nothing left

i can't take the pain
I'm giving up
you can win the game
i have no strength left
to fight my way out
not even a voice
to let out a shout
you've beaten me down
torn and tattered
no self esteem left
nothing to gather
no hope, or cause
not a will to live
i have nothing to offer
nothing to give
you don't love me
so why even try
no one's here
to dry my eyes
it took so long
for you to love me
i can't start over
you were everything to me
now I'm not worth anything
not even your praise
so with this poem
comes the end of my days |
