» Poem: The Pain Manifesting Fear
The Pain Manifesting Fear
written by Misery
04:56 AM 7/14/04
I never wanted to have any of your blood spilt on the floor
now i don't know what's in store
you died
and aren't here to comfort me when I cry
I try to lock the pain deep inside
you're gone and you left me here alone
alone with my loneliness
and in my loneliness I found nothingness
and inside my feelings of nothingnes there's emptiness
and underneath all the emptiness hides my deepest fear
and nowit laughs at me everytime I look in the mirror
it's catching up to me
telling me things that will only try to deceive
I scream to make this fear go away
but it's closing in one me
it's smothering me and the only thing I can feel is the pain that was locked away
escaping from it's cage
back into my mind...
