Mistake

But it’s all my fault
I should have said something sooner
So then you would have known
I always kept it hidden
When you said I love you
I just nodded and said I know
I was confused
And didn’t know what to say
I know you’ll still care about me
When I leave this world and am gone
But now you’re with her
And I can’t change that
I don’t want you to lose what you’ve found
Because she may just be the one
No don’t try and argue
I’ll be fine
You know it in your heart
And that’s always right |
