To the inner child trying to break out- This is for you
Although I am a woman, As woman as one can be
I feel as if i have an inner child trying to break free.
In certain cases, I let her out just to wander the streets.
Yet i still fear if she might find thee,
or whoever else she may meet.
I keep her in this box, a box buried w/ wood.
I always think, "what if she breaks out?"
But then i think she couldn't, or maybe she could.
Ideas ponder in her head, she's looking into the moon.
And this moment I wonder, if i had let her out too soon. |
