Confessions To You Jackasses

my opinions never made a mother fucking difference before.
slip into something comfortable
trust me one more time
believe the things i have to say
i'll convince you things will stay just fine
laughter heals all wounds
you know youre dead when you cant chuckle
so many times ive wished you crashed and died
because youre belt wasnt in its buckle
i hide behind my sarcasm
and the truthful flaws at your expense
im discovering myself not you
understand this ladies and gents
my words wont change your mind
they'll just confuse you with your thoughts
you'll get offended and confused
and hate yourself for who you are
slip into something comfortable
trust me one last time
soon you'll erase yourself again
from all the pictures that you find
keep your thoughts from your best friend
she doesnt want to know about it now
if i remembered hurt i know i would
but i cant concentrate- too loud
silence is a deadly killer
awkward and unsafe
i could describe the back of every seat
knowing on the other side is your face
load me one more bowl
clear this for me babe
hold the lighter while i inhale
watching all the smoke escape
slip into something comfortable
believe me and all my lies
i promise i wont stay out late
and if i drink i hope i drive
i hope i fuck a jackass
just to piss you off
ya, i know its not a good idea
but you cant blame a girl for feeling lost
expirimentations what its all about
this is high school for god sakes
im supposed to fail my classes
and LATER feel bad for my mistakes
let me slip into something comfortable
and prepare myself for what i'll do
i'll make myself look pretty
... most likely just for you |
