» Poem: If...
If...
written by nicole_lyndon

If I were a butterfly,
would you set me free?
If I sold my soul,
would you buy it back for me?
I feel really old,
would you come and make me new?
If my world were darkened grey,
would you color it, with a love so true?
If I had terrors,
would you hold me tight?
If I did wrong,
would you make it right?
If I build a fire,
would you guard the flame?
And if I say "I Love You",
would you do the same?
