Without You

And sometimes I can be as sweet as sugar
I'm just afraid that once you realize how great you are
You'll leave me for something better
But I want to take this time-out
To tell you something that's been on my mind
I don't think you quite know just what you mean to me
Around you, my real self no longer needs to hide
Without you, I'd have no one to play-fight with
I'd have no one to make faces at in class
You're my better half, without you I'd be miserable
When I think of you, my bad moods never seem to last
Without your help, I'd probably still be cutting
You helped save me, you still show how much you care
And there's not a moment you don't walk through my thoughts
When I can't see you and you're not there
Without you, I'd just be another depressed teen
Without your help, I would've never turned in my knife
Without you, I wouldn't have a real reason to smile
I'd just be another suicidal teen, without you in my life |

| Thats great! i really liked it! This is a poem i can really relate to but the guy that stoped me cutting has left me for someone else. it's hard to stop myself from cutting but even though were not together anymore i still feel i would be letting him down if i started again!
