promises burn
written by devilchild0101:42 PM 2/21/05| I feel tears on my cheek they slash at my flesh they leave a pain so good so real it brings me back from my nightmare filled dream. Put your hand in mine promise you will never let me go. Hold on to me tight as we stand side by side on top of a mountain. Keep me warm with your love as we watch until the sky turns the colours I see burning in your eyes. With you at my side I have no need to see the sun again with your love keep me warm in the coldest of nights. The rays that shine through your eyes will light up the world. We stand side by side our love for one and another burns. |
