» Poem: Gil Sonnet 1
Gil Sonnet 1
written by Iceshowers
04:37 AM 2/22/05
Tongue tied trying to speak
Screaming inside to be let free
Rosy cheeks light up so un-bleak
Smile pollinates and you’re the bee.

Stealing my heart away like Had’es
Akin to Persephone hoping for daylight
Happiness made my life a breeze
Loving you internally render me fight.

Today I saw what you wanted to show
So beautiful so sweet and so blue
Why don’t you let it out and let it flow?
In the future show me the true you.

Even though you’re someone else’s
I dream of us in different places.
