» Poem: realised
realised
written by devilchild01

I realised something tonight. I wouldn’t be missed for long if I choose to end my life. I’d be another teenage suicide brushed under the carpet. I have not a single-family member who would care if I took this knife to my wrists. I realised that all my life I have been pointlessly wasting my time hoping someone would notice me. When deep down I knew no one could. I have been too nasty to the few friends I have them to care if I gave up and died. I chose to be nasty so I could protect myself from anymore pain. I didn’t realise at the time that this hurt me so much more. I realised tonight that I wouldn’t be missed.

you would be missed. probably more than you know. even though you think that your friends wouldn't care anymore, they will still be hurt if you die. and the people who love you the most would be heartbroken without you in their life.
