Thankful For You

All the times I let you down
And I saw the tears in your eyes
Flowing down to that heartbreaking frown
But I realized how much I hurt you
And how much you've been there
It never occurred to me
That I had a wonderful love to share
And now I thank God and his Angels
For giving me a second chance
For not everyone gets the opportunity
To have a last dance
I'm so thankful for you
And all that you've done for me
I don't deserve what you do
But in love with you, I'll forever be
Together forever, lovingly we'll stay
And when the tears flow from your eyes
I'll be sure to catch each teardrop
Before it has a chance to die |
