» Poem: Liar
Liar
written by twistedmind33
09:26 PM 2/23/05
I glance at the clock
And reality sets in
Like the cold jaws of death
And a stab to the heart
You were supposed to come for me
And take me away from this place
You said you wouldn’t forget and promised to make it all go away
So how could you
Just erase me from your mind
And expect me to do the same?
