Farewell
Containing the thoughts of many people put into words by Dagames.
Why is it that people hate?
Do they not realize, the damage they caused till its too late?
Why is it that, people don't look at you.
Until the end has come?
We've forsaken you, and could have helped you.
When all you did, was give us your hand, and say it was alright.
You tried helping us, when we hated you.
You tried looking up to us, when we looked down to you.
All we could say was, that you were weak, helpless and without use.
But now we see our error, and its too late to reverse it.
We could have helped you, and we stood back and let you die.
Regret is what we all feel, remorse and tears.
Though there is nothing we can do to help you now.
We can keep your memories, hold your heart, and keep it throughout our days.
Forgive us for whom we are, forgive us for what we've done.
The stupid decisions the lies, the frowns.
Now your gone, no longer alive.
Into eternity, and into the clouds up high.
The tears that are falling, the moaning the yearning.
The clenched fists, closed eyes, and broken hearts.
Nothing can repair the damage you've wrought.
It was stupid on your part, but worse on ours.
We could have helped, but now your gone.
We have one wish, one last dieng fight.
We hope you rest, all your eternity fine.
You will be forgotten, but rest assured knowing this.
Everything you've taught us, will be carried on forever.
Your trials your pains, you've shared to us all.
We've learned of them now, one second too late.
And forever alone you are, forever alone you'll remain.
But know this, till the day we die, you will not be forgotten.
Our children will not remember you, but god has loved you.
Wherever you are, its too late to say anything, its too late to apologize.
