Turn~~Comments~~

When you turn, the world turns with you
That’s how problems will start
In a fraction of a second you find yourself turning
Not physically, but by ways of heart.

That girl that used to always be there
Her boat is drifting into the mist beyond our island
You turned one second, she had paddled away
Turning back, you see she’ll soon fall from the 18-karat gold leaf ladder she’s climbing.

One child I thought I’d never learn to manage
I was naïve not to see what was really taking place
You turned one second, she got insecure
Turning back, you see she hurts herself and for her broken self-security, this is how she tried to replace.

People you thought you trusted well
But as soon as they are no longer in view
You turned one second, they transformed into sly foxes you cannot rely upon
Turning back, you see that these people were simply faux, so much for everything you thought you knew.

As soon as one turns
It becomes a chain reaction, something you just must do
A wicked, dire, fearsome habit that is unbreakable
Without judgment, we turn and do it too.

When you turn, the world turns with you
That’s how problems will start
Amazing how difficult a turn for the healthier becomes
When there is that one monstrous, black blemish in your heart.
