» Poem: The Memories That Stick Like Glue
The Memories That Stick Like Glue
written by utsukushii_jouyouheki

The love was real
enough to feel
happiness and emotion
there was true devotion.

So many times we had fun
Laughing hard til our lungs were numb
then just talking til our mouths were sore
Always thinking of each other more

Taking walks through the park
Sitting in the dark
We were alike in so many ways
but then you ran away

I take these times and think of you
These memories have stuck like glue
But these thoughts give me pain
as I visit our memory lane.
