Is what you said
I would never be left alone
To fight on my own
I would never be scared
My lifeboat you would be
Whenever I was drowning
So many nights we would just sit and talk
I always thought you would be around
I never thought you would be the one to turn my world upside down
Now I am left to fight on my own
Scared and all alone
With no one to wipe my tears
Or catch my fall
You made so many promises
And you kept none
How could you leave?
Just walk away without turning back? |
