why dont you just leave me be
dragging back memories
i tried so hard to bury
bringing back all the lies
deciet
and worry.
why do you rub it in my face?
a mistake i made so long ago
you make it seem worse than it was
twisting all the words i speak.
i wanted to kill you
even if the words you spoke
were the truth and nothing else
i dont want to know
you shatter the glass i stand behind
leaving the confusion to rush at me
as my mind screams in vain
"its not true"
ill want to kill u
wiping away the tears
they will not go away
how i wish you would understand
and not shame me
with your judgemental mind
you scar me inside.
you will never get to wander the path
i have walked.
you'll never see the beauty i see
judgement clouds your soul
please, dont ask me why
because you will never know. |
