I'm trying to make my defence,
Trying to lie from this pretence,
Trying not to get caught,
Trying to win a battle i always faught,
Trying to stop these tears flowing,
Trying to stop these fears growing,
Trying to fade into dust,
Watching my blood rust,
Watching it all slowly scab over,
Watching it evilly blow my cover,
Watching it form a fiery scar,
Watching the pieces of my broken heart,
Watching the shattered glass fly,
Watching my emotions that want to die,
Feeling like i'm always by myself alone,
Feeling these morbid feelings that have grown,
Feeling like i'm worried and scared,
Feeling the wound with the skin bared,
Feeling like i'm the worthless one,
Feeling i need to pull the trigger on this gun,
Feeling as if no-one cares about me,
Feeling like i love this negativity,
I have become home to these thoughts,
I have felt like the happy times are nought,
I have killed my soul but the body will stay,
I have tried so hard but my life won't go away,
I have been in need more then i can think,
I have been too far pushed past the brink,
I have made everything go wrong it's all my fault,
I have wanted to make sure i never make it to adult,
I need something they call love,
I need to find something as warm as a glove,
I need to die have no more pain,
I need everyone else to have the gain,
I need to know my loss is their win,
I need to know how to destroy my sin,
I need all of the simple things that are underestimated,
I need to know i'm not the only one who's hated. |
