» Poem: This house that I go home to..
This house that I go home to..
written by lost_cause
03:38 AM 2/26/05
This is a life I never wanted to have...
I wanted to be safe.
This house that I go home to...
Doesn't seem like the right place.
It feels so empty and broken...
Like nothing ever belongs.
Where people always fight...
No one gets along.
I try to make the best of it...
It never really works.
No matter how hard I try...
I still end up with hurt.
This house that I go home to...
It doesn't seem that real.
I wish that I could really know...
I wish that I could feel.
